Fred Moore Consulting does not owe any allegiances to any other company in the boating industry. We work for vessel owners and buyers when dealing with surveys, and mostly with owners for Refit, and Project management. Fred Moore Consulting does not work for Brokers, Insurance Companies, or any where else in the boating industry.
This assures you our customer that work we undertake will never be biased toward the Insurance Company, the Broker or the Seller. Simply stated We work only for our customers.
All work is done under contract with client. The contract very clearly defines the understanding and work scope. There should never be a misunderstanding about the work we are expected to performed.
Survey work will be performed for Individuals for the purposes of pre-offer, pre-purchase, insurance, value assessment, loss (damage), and safety. Inspections are always preformed using written standards set down by the ISO companies who set the standards for safety, design and building standards (AYBC, USCG, NFPA etc.).
